So thankful for this pharmacy. I woke with severe pain and infection after having surgery a week ago. My doctor asked where to call in priscription. I told him Kroger because that is my typical go to back in Ohio. Kroger staff was so rude to me when I accidentally hit option 2, instead of 3 then 2. The pharmacist scolded me like a child. Then I called back to see how long it would be since my Dad was picking it up? Kroger once again yelled at me and said the more you call.. the longer it takes. Frustrated by this and in need of medicine. My parents suggested I use their pharmacist. Medicenter Pharmacy in Cambridge city, IN. So.. I called my doctor and explained what had happened. He canceled with Kroger and called Medicenter Pharmacy. Medicenter was so polite and so willing to help. Going above and beyond! They have the small town hospitality that is lost in the big chain Pharmacy's . They are my new pharmacist! Katie , I believe was her name that answered the phone was so compassionate. Hands down.. the best!
